Agency Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse & Assistant in Nursing -Coffs Harbour Region

Position: Registered Nurse (RN), Endorsed Enrolled Nurse(EEN)  and Assistant in Nursing(AIN)

Location: Coffs Harbour

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Assistant in Nursing staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring the smooth operation of nursing activities.

RN Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

AIN Responsibilities

In the capacity of an Assistant in Nursing, you will collaborate within a diverse team of healthcare professionals, supporting the nursing team in delivering care to our patients and their families.

Your role will involve becoming an integral part of a team of dedicated experts committed to delivering safe, comprehensive care to every patient. The team's collective goal is to ensure optimal outcomes for each individual under their care, emphasizing a holistic approach to healthcare.

AIN Minimum Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual support or equivalent or currently completing a diploma or bachelor of nursing
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Demonstrates a high level of customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively according to directions
• 3 Covid vaccinations
• Valid Police clearance or willingness to obtain.
• Australian Citizen or permanent resident or visa holders with current Australian working rights.

RN Minimum Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 Covid Vaccinations.
• Australian Citizen or permanent resident or visa holders with current Australian working rights.
• Valid Police clearance or willingness to obtain.

• Competitive above award salary $ 65-75 per hour depending on experience(For Registered Nurses)
• EEN Rates Starts at 49 per hour
• AIN rates starts at $42 per hour depending on experience.
